OMAPiX 10X Genomics Flex APEX Grant Program

OMAPiX is pleased to announce the launch of its inaugural Single Cell Grant Program, developed in partnership with 10x Genomics. This program is designed to accelerate high-resolution single-cell research by providing selected investigators with access to the 10x Genomics Flex Apex workflow and comprehensive project support from the OMAPiX team.

Two grant recipients will be selected: one project focused on a human application and one project focused on a mouse or rat application.

16 10x Genomics Flex Apex library preparations, including species-specific Human, Mouse, or Rat probe hybridization; sample-oligo hybridization; GEM encapsulation targeting up to 20,000 nuclei per sample; and final library preparation.
Next-generation sequencing targeting 10,000 reads per nucleus.
Data deliverables, including raw FASTQ files and Cell Ranger processing outputs.

Applicants whose projects are not selected for an award will receive 20% off their submitted project through the end of 2026.

Applications must be submitted through OMAPiX by August 15, 2026. Award recipients will be notified by August 30, 2026, and awarded projects must submit samples by September 30, 2026.

This program offers investigators an opportunity to generate robust, scalable single-cell data while exploring the power of the Flex Apex platform for translational and discovery-driven research.
