High Throughput Sequencing
Bulk, single cell, and spatial transcriptomics libraries require sequencing output for data generation. Following target capture (either through reverse transcription or probe hybridization), target molecules are amplified and primer sequences ligated to make the resulting oligo compatible with downstream sequencing technologies. Addition of sample barcodes or indexes allow many samples to be pooled and sequenced on a single run, reducing turn around time and sequencing costs. A variety of sequencing platforms are available, all of which yield high quality, high throughput data generation.
